Use of ONSITE DIGITAL PARKING
ONSITE DIGITAL PARKING lets customers locate parking, confirm a vehicle plate, select parking time, and start a parking session through payment or approved entitlement coverage.
Customers are responsible for confirming the correct lot, plate, parking duration, and displayed amount before starting a session.
Payment and session activation
A checkout return alone does not create active parking. Active parking is created only after payment confirmation or approved entitlement coverage is recorded by the platform.
Paid parking sessions are payment-backed. Guest pass, permit, subscription, or validation-covered sessions are entitlement-backed and are not represented as Stripe-paid.
MVP limitation
MVP policy language for local development and planning only. Final public-release language must be reviewed by qualified counsel before use.
This MVP does not yet include production authentication, durable persistence, automated refunds, disputes, towing, citations, or production payout reconciliation.
