Plate and session data
The MVP uses license plate information to quote parking, check entitlements, start sessions, show receipts, support customer history, and support enforcement lookup.
Customers may manually enter a plate or use local mock OCR. The customer must confirm or correct the plate before quote, checkout, or covered-session activation.
OCR and image handling
Current OCR behavior is local development mock OCR only. The MVP does not integrate a production OCR provider.
The MVP does not persist OCR image data. A production OCR integration must preserve manual fallback, customer confirmation, privacy safeguards, and data retention rules.
Payment data
Local development payments use mock Stripe-style records. Production payment processing must use real Stripe keys, webhooks, role enforcement, and production privacy controls.
